We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We may use non-confidential project information for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance services are provided as specified in project agreements:

  • Bug fixes during an initial warranty period
  • Ongoing support available under separate agreements
  • Response times vary based on support level selected
  • Emergency support available with premium support packages

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We provide services "as is" and disclaim all warranties except those that cannot be legally excluded.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client will pay for work completed to date. We will provide work products in their current state and return client materials.
